Position Description Alkermes is looking for a Product Manager of HCP Marketing to join the Brand Marketing team for ALKS3831, a proprietary pipeline candidate with expected FDA filing in 2019. The Product Manager of HCP Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing tactical marketing programs supporting ALKS 3831 across healthcare professionals in various settings of care. This is a unique opportunity to directly support a product launch. It requires a highly motivated and experienced individual who is able to work cross-functionally to accomplish core brand promotional objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute HCP tactical plan with focus on sales collateral and digital sales tools Support development of HCP campaign and key messages Manage creative process and agency partners to deliver quality marketing pieces Develop and maintain strong relationships with Medical Affairs, Field Sales, Field Advisory Council, Sales Training, Sales Operations, IT, Health Systems and other core cross-functional partners in the development and rollout of marketing pieces Work with promotional review committee (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal) to gain approval for promotional items Serve as a liaison to the field force Provide input and direction to market research while guiding application of insights from customer research studies Update and maintain budget responsibility for key marketing activities Manage ad-hoc projects as needed Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or science 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product marketing including HCP marketing experience Ability to clearly interpret and distill scientific, clinical and commercial information Ability to effectively plan, prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review committees Experience managing agency partners and the creative process Ability to influence and gain consensus from peers / cross-functional partners and management Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills Understanding of industry code of conduct, ethics and Compliance norms Preferred Qualifications: MBAdegree Experience in marketing or selling CNS drugs Pharmaceutical product launch experience Experience with Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM systems Travel Requirements: Overnight travel ~10-15% 9600Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification5 - 7 years
